Level 33 It's Always Cold Season
Take some Snowy Mosbear's Honey (PW/AA) and a Spriggle's Bandana (PW/AA) to Information Officer Gaamel.

Quest Notes

Honey is from the Gatherers and is a rare drop. The bandana comes from the Bundlers and is merely uncommon.
