Talk with Crios in Theobomos at Meniherk Excavation Union Camp once you have reached at least Level 22. Description Level 24 [Group] A Cursed Thief Find Weeping Kelaino, get rid of him, and take Kelaino's Necklace to Crios. Kelaino's Necklace Go to the Revenge Valley, catch Kelaino, a thief, take Kelaino's Necklace, and give it to Crios. Quest Notes

Weeping Kelaino is inside a Virago nest at the end of an arroyo in the back of Revenge Valley. There are two normal Virago Shamans in the nest with him.
